McCormick Ranch
The affluent area of McCormick Ranch spans from Shea Boulevard south to East Indian Bend/Talking Stick Way. To the east, it includes parts of Hayden Road to Pima Road. Some of the area includes the highly sought after Gainey Ranch.
McCormick Ranch is a charming, village-like area with a wealth of shopping and dining options. Seville Shopping Center offers salons, boutiques and jewelry and decor shops, plus a wine bar and restaurants serving steak, tacos and more. Bakeries, breakfast spots and modern American eateries line Hayden Road. The lush, manicured McCormick Ranch Golf Club features several lakes and mountain views.
