With a finance degree from ASU and over 500 homes sold since 2003, she brings a proven track record to every home sale and purchase. Kristin specializes in Park Scottsdale and South Scottsdale real estate, expertly guiding first-time home buyers and seasoned investors toward their goals.

With over 15 years in real estate, Rochelle brings deep expertise and heartfelt guidance to the Scottsdale Real Estate market and every client she serves. Rochelle’s career began in escrow and mortgage, and prior to selling Scottsdale Real Estate, she sold real estate across the country and held real estate broker licenses in California, Georgia, and Indiana—a testament to her dedication and knowledge. Now based in Scottsdale with her husband, three kids, and two dogs, Rochelle is passionate about helping people find not just a home in Scottsdale, but a true sense of community and love for their unique Scottsdale neighborhood.
Before landing in Scottsdale, Rochelle relocated her own family multiple times and specializes in helping clients make their move to Scottsdale. Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys the Scottsdale lifestyle—biking the Scottsdale Greenbelt, relaxing by the pool, spending Saturday mornings at the Old Town Scottsdale Farmers Market, and trying all of the many wonderful restaurants in Scottsdale. She volunteers in her children’s Scottsdale schools and gives back through each transaction by supporting the Arizona Housing Fund. Aaron was born and raised in South Scottsdale. Aaron attended ASU and has continued his education in real estate and economics. After purchasing his first home at 20 years old, he decided to pursue a career in real estate. Aaron has earned his GREEN and Accredited Buyer designations as well as the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. He received a highly distinguished recognition - he was awarded “30 under 30” from the National Association of Realtors. He has also been recognized as being in the top 5% of HomeSmart agents, and the top 3% of Arizona agents, as well achieving HomeSmart’s Three Diamond Award. Aaron serves on the Board of Directors for the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors. When he is not checking out the vintage home stock in the valley, he can be found hiking, snowboarding, or playing a pick-up game of lacrosse, softball, or volleyball.
