Kristin is a highly accomplished real estate agent with a deep-rooted connection to the Scottsdale area. Kristin started her real estate career in 2003 and real estate is in her DNA. She is a 3rd generation Realtor and sells homes in the very neighborhood her grandparents specialized in 50 years ago! Kristin values service, community and growth and has made all three an integral part of her team. Kristin has risen as a leader in the real estate industry. She has fulfilled many leadership roles in her community and the real estate industry. Kristin has received many accolades for her work, both in service roles and professional accomplishments.
Kristin has a passion for helping others. She is most fulfilled when she is helping someone in any capacity. Her career started helping buyers and sellers through the real estate process and has evolved into leading and coaching a team of Realtors to help them grow professionally and personally. Kristin loves helping in the community. She has volunteered on the PTO Board for her kids school, served as homeroom parent and volunteered in many capacities for community events. Serving others is weaved into everything Kristin does.
Kristin and her husband, Tom, have 3 daughters and a Labrador Retriever. They have also built a rental portfolio that expands to several Arizona cities and also Indiana. Helping people gain financial independence and create passive income are two areas they love sharing their experiences with so that others can gain the same freedom.
Kristin has a wide range of experience, including helping first time home buyers find a great property to start their homeownership journey, guiding sellers through the home selling process to achieve their top priorities along the way, finding opportunities for investors and guiding renters and landlords through the rental process. In her free time, Kristin loves to read and attend personal growth and development courses. She is passionate about the brain and loves learning all aspects of how the brain functions and how to support mental health through optimizing our brains. Aaron was born and raised in South Scottsdale. Aaron attended ASU and has continued his education in real estate and economics. After purchasing his first home at 20 years old, he decided to pursue a career in real estate. Aaron has earned his GREEN and Accredited Buyer designations as well as the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. He received a highly distinguished recognition - he was awarded “30 under 30” from the National Association of Realtors. He has also been recognized as being in the top 5% of HomeSmart agents, and the top 3% of Arizona agents, as well achieving HomeSmart’s Three Diamond Award. Aaron serves on the Board of Directors for the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors. When he is not checking out the vintage home stock in the valley, he can be found hiking, snowboarding, or playing a pick-up game of lacrosse, softball, or volleyball. Aaron lives in Scottsdale with his wife Megan, their two cats, and two dogs.

Kim grew up in the picturesque town of Carefree, Arizona surrounded by nature's beauty. Eventually exploring beyond the mountains, she purchased a townhome in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, marking the beginning of her relationship with real estate. Kim's adventurous spirit eventually led her to the vibrant city of Chicago, diving into the world of Commercial Real Estate. Kim returned to her Scottsdale townhome, and obtained her real estate license in 2014. Guided by her passions and creativity, she has a knack for finding the unique, and uncovering stories in the real estate world. Kim enjoys being part of the industry, and also the community she lives in and serves. She recently reignited the South Scottsdale Realtor Home Tour, was selected for Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, serves on the Chaparral High School Girls Lacrosse Board, and the Cicero Great Hearts PSO. Kim enjoys hosting supper clubs with her friends and family, makes a fine martini, and loves reading a good '50's suspense novel. Davina is our skilled Client Care Manager who came from the beautiful state of New Mexico. Davina recently obtained her Real Estate license in 2023 and is excited to continue to grow her knowledge in the industry. With almost 2 years of living in Arizona, she has fallen in love with the state and is an essential part of our team. Davina is responsible for managing our database and ensuring that we remain organized and up to date with our clients. She carries with her an impressive background as an assistant construction project manager, which has provided her with an exponential amount of knowledge in the industry. When Davina is not busy managing our database, she enjoys engaging in some exciting hobbies such as rollerblading and painting. She also loves to spend time with her boyfriend and two adorable puppies, Wayne and Taco. Her dedication, knowledge, and attention to detail make her a valuable asset to our team.
